On the eastern part of Indonesia is IRIAN JAYA, the western half of the island of New Guinea. There are daily communications from Jakarta to Biak and Jayapura in Irian and from there small planes connect the various town to the provincial Capital. The "primitive" cultural of the Irian Tribes are of special interest. The terrain is rough and mountainous , covered with rain forest. Communication between villages is narrow paths. The most interesting tour is to Wamena in Baliem valley to see a tribal museum where a 200 years old Mummy of a chief is well preserved.

DAY 01: JAYAPURA ARRIVAL (D)
Arrive at Sentani Airport, you will be met by your guide and transfer to your hotel. Dinner at local restaurant.

DAY 02: JAYAPURA – WAMENA – JIWIKA (B,L,D)
Early transfer to airport, departure by flight to Wamena. Arrive at Wamena Airport, direct visit the local market of Wamena and by taxi transfer to Jiwika visit Sumpaima village to see the old Mummy of villagers head. Overnight at Lauk Inn.

DAY 03: JIWIKA – SALTMINE – WAMENA (B,L,D)
After breakast, climb the Mili mountain visit the Saltmine (in 2 hours) to see how the Dani woman make salt in primitive way. Down to Jiwika, continue to Kontilola cave, then return to Wamena for dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 04: WAMENA – JAYAPURA (B,L,D)
After breakfat walk to airport for fly back to Sentani by flight. Arrive at Sentani Airport direct short city tour visit Cendrawasih Museum, Crocodile Farm, Hamadi Beach, local market, etc. After lunch at local restaurant, transfer to your hotel, the rest at the day is free for exploring.

DAY 05: DEPARTURE (B)
Transfer on time to airport for you departure to next destination.

Arrive at Wamena, direct visit local market of Wamena then transfer by taxi to Wesaput Village, crossing the Baliem River thru the hanging bridge then start your adventure, walk to Pugima to explore the Dani Village and their community of life and continue to Anelagak for dinner and overnight at Dani Hu.

DAY 03: ANELAGAK – SUROBA – DOGUM – JIWIKA
After breakfast continue your adventure with all the porter walk to Suroba Village then proceed to Dogum to see Pig Feast and Etae dance performed by the natives. Dinner and overnight at Dogum or Lauk Inn at Jiwika.

DAY 04: JIWIKA – SALTMINE – KONTILOLA CAVE – WAMENA
Early breakfast then climb the Mili mountain, visit Saltmine to see how the Dani Woman make salt in primitive way. Down to Jiwika proceed to Sumpaima village to see the old Mummy then to Kontilola cave at Waga-Waga. After lunch back to Wamena by car, check in at hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 05: WAMENA – JAYAPURA
After berakfast, transfer to airport for departure by flight to Jayapura, arrive Sentani airport direct sightseeing visit the McArthur War Memorial, Cendrawasih Museum, Crocodile Farm, Hamadi Beach then stop for lunch and check in at your hotel. The rest of the day is free programme. Evening farewell dinner at Jaya Grill Restaurant.

Early transfer to airport for your flight departure to Wamena, arrive at Wamena airport direct visit local market of Wamena then by car transfer to Wosilimo in 1½ hours, then walk in 3 hours to Bugi village to explore the Dani Village & their community of life and proceed 11/2 hours walk to Wolo for dinner and overnight at Dani Huts.

DAY 03: WOLO – ILUGA
Continue your adventure by walk with your porters to Iluga village in 2 hours for exploring, dinner & overnight at Dani Huts.

DAY 04: ILUGA – WOLO – BUGI – WOSOLIMO – JIWIKA
After breakfast exploring the Dani village & their community of life, then return by walk with all your porters via Wolo, Bugi to Wosilimo then by car transfer to Jiwika village for overnight stay at Lauk Inn.

DAY 05: JIWIKA - SALTMINE – PIG FEAST – WAMENA
